When I started this project, one of the goals was to build something different in the transit tech space—something that would appeal to transit agencies. I made promises, one of them being to create something more than just "call for pricing," and I am proud to say that today I am delivering on that promise.
Instead of having a one-size-fits-all, all-or-nothing model, TransitChat is committed to transparent pricing and an à-la-carte model for pricing its products for agencies. While these levels may not work for every agency, we will do our best to respond to markets and open up pricing as it allows.
As I have mentioned in the past, we are just getting started. Today, we are launching initial pricing for the TransitChat rider complaint platform and real-time mapping for early bird customers.
